The Elfin Herb Farm is near a salt marsh and a creek, so mosquitoes are an issue for us. Bug Be Gone was originally formulated because we wanted a safe and pleasant-smelling repellent we could use on ourselves. Tested on mosquitoes from California to Colorado during summer trips. In April 2005, the Center for Disease Control began recommending lemon eucalyptus as an alternative to DEET as a mosquito repellent.

Ingredients: Rose-leaf geranium hydrosol, lemon verbena tincture, essential oils of lemon eucalyptus, catnip & peppermint.
